registration DATES

2010-2011 School Year

  • February 1st, Enrollment Packets Distributed. Enrollment information is distributed to cubbies/parent files of all currently enrolled City Tree Christian School (CTCS) students.
     
  • February 1st, First Day of Priority Enrollment. Enrollment paperwork and deposits from CTCS students is accepted.
     
  • February 26th, Last Day of Priority Enrollment for CTCS Students. Last day of guaranteed enrollment for Fall 2010.
     
  • March 1st, First Day of Open Enrollment. All inquirers from outside CTCS are welcome to submit enrollment information and registration fee for class space available on a first-come, first-served basis if other qualifications are met.
     
  • April 30th, Last Day to Enroll at the Lower Registration Fee. All registration fees must be paid in full in order to pay the lower discounted rate. All missing paperwork must be returned. Those paying the balance of registration after this date will be allowed to register only if space is available in the class desired and will pay at the higher rate.
     
  • May 1st, Ongoing Enrollment. Through the summer and into the school year students are accepted on a space available basis. (Registration fee increases by $50.)

    *Per Tuition Payment Policy, student accounts must be kept current tomaintain priority registration status for the following school year.
