Mission Statement

City Tree Christian School's After-School Program is dedicated to helping all people realize their fullest potential as children of God through concurrent development of the spirit, mind, and body.

Philosophy

As an extension of City Tree Christian School, the City Tree After-School Program (CTAS) believes strongly in the concurrent development of a child's spirit, mind, and body both in both individual and group setting. We strive in all we do to build every child's understanding and skills set as a child of God. A large part of this is building, modeling, and providing opportunities to practice good character as defined in the Scriptures and purposed for all God's children.  Building Christian character is further accomplished by emphasizing service, and the idea of learning as a lifelong process.

Program Structure

Participants in City Tree After School will be divided into developmental and age-appropriate groups.  Curriculum and planning/activity choices will reflect our goals to meet each child's development needs.
