If you wish to pay by credit card, there is a 3% convenience fee applied to all payments made online. Checks and money orders are accepted in the white mailbox outside the school office or can be mailed to the school, with the note “attention bookkeeper.” Cash is received in the school office on school days from 7:30am-4:00pm. Our preferred method of payment is Electronic Funds Transfer. Stop by the school office to pick up a form or click the link to download one. Please provide a voided check when submitting form.

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. When making a payment, you must enter the exact amount from your statement. Tuition is due the 1st of every month, a $30 late fee should be added if you pay after the 4th.
Please pay only tuition and after care charges with credit card. Registration fees and Summer Camp charges must be paid in the school office or tuition drop box.
If you are already signed up for Electronic Funds Transfer (tuition is normally deducted automatically from your bank account), DO NOT use the credit card payment option. This will result in double payment for the month. If you wish to cancel automatic payment and begin paying by credit card, please notify the office prior to the 15th of the month. You may then start paying by credit card beginning with your next statement. Please contact the office ASAP with questions!
