4th Grade
Fourth grade is an exciting year! Not only do fourth graders get a front row seat to California state history with a trip to Sacramento, they also participate in historically immersive activities like gold panning. Acting out history is a trend throughout the year as kids participate in projects like a living Wax Museum, where they play different world-changing characters.
Fourth graders begin playing with xylophone instruments in music, solidifying their music reading ability and preparing them for 5th grade band. They’re also old enough to run for student council.
